An exam voucher is a prepaid code that grants you one attempt at an official certification exam. You use the voucher code when scheduling your exam through the vendor's testing partner (usually Pearson VUE, Certiport, or Webassessor). After receiving your voucher code by email: (1) Go to the testing provider's website (e.g., home.pearsonvue.com), (2) Create or log in to your account, (3) Search for your exam, (4) Choose your exam date, time, and location, (5) Enter your voucher code at checkout — the exam fee will be reduced to zero or the voucher value deducted. After completing your purchase, you will receive your voucher code by email within 24 hours. Most orders are processed and delivered within 2–4 hours. The email will include your voucher code plus step-by-step instructions for scheduling your exam.

Validity varies by vendor. Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco vouchers are typically valid for 12 months from the date of activation. AWS vouchers are typically valid for 24 months. The exact validity period is shown on each voucher's product page before you purchase.

Once you use your voucher to book your exam via Pearson VUE or another testing partner, rescheduling and cancellation policies are managed by the testing provider. Most allow rescheduling up to 24–48 hours before your exam appointment. Contact your testing partner directly to reschedule.

If you do not pass, you will need to purchase a new voucher to retake the exam. Some vendors offer discounted retake vouchers — contact our support team and we will advise you on the best option. We can also point you to additional study resources to help you succeed on your next attempt.
